Starting at piazza Campo di Fiori visit an artisanal deli and enjoy Castelli Romani wine paired with typical cured meats made by a local family since 1890! Next you’ll visit the heart of the Jewish ghetto to see a one-of-a-kind shop described as the kingdom of cheeses.
The owner, Beppe, moved to Rome from northern Piedmont where his family has been making cheese since 1891. Taste plenty of varieties paired with great red and white Piedmontese wine. Then on to a classic enoteca in the heart of Trastevere which boasts a cellar of over 1000 different wines. With the help of a skilled sommelier, you will finish the night by savoring two unforgettable Italian wine with delicious local appetizers.
